Step 1: Click the windows start menu

 

Step 2: Search gpedit and open it

 

Step 3: On Edit group policy select and expand Computer Configuration then select and expand Administrative Templates then select and expand Windows Components then click Apps Privacy on the right display tab select Let windows apps run in the background



Step 4: On the windows that open after you click Let windows apps run in the background select Disabled and click OK to stop all the apps from running in the background.
